This CD is called Energy-Work: Tools for Healing because though it may be relaxing, its intention is to elicit healing, balance, clarity, and insight. It may be used as a tool kit, empowering the listener in everyday life--far beyond the session itself. The facilitation leaves much room for one's own experience. Images are offered infrequently as they can promote an efforting. They are a projection that one has created. INTENTIONS are an opening. They invite the listener to receive their healing versus create it. This allows the spontaneity, which is evidence of Your Communion with Divine.

I don't believe that if You imagine Divine Love spreading throughout your body that it will happen. I believe it already Is.
