My intention is to help create a safe, sacred space in which the individual is awakened to the courage to see clearly, transform patterns on all levels, empower themselves with new tools, and have fun doing it! We have to have fun growing. After all this is why we are here.

I believe work can be deep, graceful and fun. Commitment, self-forgiveness, and an ability to laugh with one-self are essential to healing. My understanding is that there is nothing I can see in others that I have not seen in myself, which allows no room for judgment and a lot of room for compassion.

I am grateful to participate in this work. I give thanks for my clients and students for their tenacity, courage, and commitment. We inspire one another.
